It where Beers tend to Hibernate From October to late March, in the colder months. Though the beers hibernate in the winter months it is a great place to explore when the bears are not using them in the warmer months. Be careful of the beers waking from the dens if you want to explore then in the very early warm months or when it starts to get colder and the bears are moving back to their dens to hibernate.
